Join us for an unforgettable evening at The Gathered, where each course has been thoughtfully crafted to celebrate the season’s finest flavours in an intimate, warm atmosphere.
Menu:
Starter: Spiced Pomegranate Mocktail
Paired with sourdough baguettes and a Greek-inspired dipping oil.
Salad: Warm Winter Harvest
Cuburbita squash filled with cranberry quinoa, caramelized apple, and seasonal greens.
Main Course: Baked Atlantic Salmon Fillet
Glazed with cumin and brown sugar, topped with a crispy scallion, herb, and pumpkin seed crust.
Accompanied by:
- Hasselbeck Potato - Enhanced with crispy garlic and honey butter.
